FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Bembridge Parish Council is looking to recruit a full time administrative officer to assist the clerk in the parish office.
The successful applicant will provide a friendly first point of contact for callers and visitors; therefore sound communication skills and a willingness to work with the public are essential.
Candidates must have at least 5 GCSE’s (A-C) or equivalent and an ability to work confidently with a variety of IT packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent organisational skills, effective communication at all levels, basic accounts knowledge and sound administrative skills are all attributes we are looking for in a candidate.
Personal attributes should include enthusiasm and willingness to contribute positively to the work of the Council, along with the ability to be flexible and work to deadlines.
