Survey – attitudes to renewable energy

In News by Bembridge PC

Dear Residents,

We have been contacted by Georgia Piggott regarding some research work for her studies. Please see below email and a link to her survey, if you wish to take part in her questionnaire.

I am a final year undergraduate BSc Geography student at the University of East Anglia, Norwich.  For one of my final year modules, Environmental Consultancy, I am working in collaboration with Hethel Innovation to explore public attitudes surrounding renewable energy.  I have undertaken a random sample for this research in order to explore these attitudes across the UK, and Bembridge was amongst those selected.

I am writing to ask if there is any possibility that the link to my questionnaire could be shared with any residents in the village, or the surrounding area?

The questionnaire will be used to understand and analyse renewable energy engagement throughout the UK, and the use of renewable energy incentives, which will in turn be used to make recommendations for a potential smart village within Norfolk.  No personal information will be collected by the survey that allows the individual to be identified.  The questionnaire can be withdrawn from at any point prior to submitting it.

The link to the questionnaire is below:

If you have any queries or questions, please feel free to ask and I will try my best to answer them.

Thank you for your time,

Kind Regards,
