Although no Met Office Weather Warnings have been issued, the current forecasts show that there may be a period of intense rain this afternoon, between 1400 to 1600 hours today. On Saturday, although no warnings have been issued there will be thunderstorms in the early morning, clearing in the afternoon, which although fast moving will consist of bands of rainfall. Please note that due to the current uncertainties around the weather we have been experiencing recently, the forecasts are subject to change at short notice, so we would encourage residents to regularly check https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/ especially if any warnings are issued.
